Meet Our Staff

Angela Shill

Angela Shill has been a legal assistant at Avant Law Firm since 2014. She schedules court hearings, depositions, mediations, and orders clients’ medical and billing records from their medical providers.  Angela finds the legal practice fascinating. She enjoys being a part of the law firm team and interacting daily with lawyers, court staff, and clients.

Before working at Avant Law Firm, Angela worked as a deputy clerk for eight years at the Dallas County Courthouse. There, she prepared documents for civil law judges, filed new lawsuits, and assisted members of the public in their interaction with the courts.

Angela has an AAS Paralegal Studies degree. When not working with the law firm, she enjoys riding horses and spending time with her Maine Coone Cats.
